Turkish hard discount retailer BIM has reported net sales of TRL9.91 billion (USD5.51 billion) for full-year 2012. This corresponds to an increase of 21% compared to the previous year. Net profits rose 10.8% to TRL331 million (USD184 million).

In the fourth quarter, BIM’s sales increased 16% to TRL2.58 billion (USD1.43 billion) against the same period in 2011. Net profit was TRL85 million (USD41 million), up 7.6%.
