French retailer Auchan is trialing a parcel shipping and delivery service through its hypermarket network. Customers will be able ship and collect parcels from pick-up points located in the retailer’s hypermarkets. The retailer offers the service at around half the rate offered by the local post office (example: EUR 12.5 for 10 kg).
