The Moulin Family has announced it has increased its stake in Carrefour Group over the 10% threshold, following a dividend payment option.
The Moulin Family, owners of Galeries Lafayette, already owned 9.5% of Carrefour’s shares at the end of 2014, up from the initial 6.1% stake it acquired in April 2014.
The investor stated it does not seek control of Carrefour. Moulin Family is the largest individual investor in Carrefour Group, followed by Bernard Arnault (8.99%), Colony Capital (5.8%) and Abilio Diniz (5.07%).
